You do not have to become an associate to help rebuild India. Volunteers and supporters are the widest circle of the movement — people who lend an hour, a skill, a weekend or a good word, without the fuller commitment an associate makes. Every volunteer does real, focused work — a few minutes a day is enough, matched to a real need. There is no fee, no minimum, and no politics or religion attached — only goodwill and effort.
The Charter Convocation in Bengaluru is the movement’s founding day — and the work of making it happen is underway right now. These are live, focused workstreams a volunteer can join this week:
Open doors — introduce and follow up with the colleges and companies joining the movement before the Convocation.
Help identify and reach sponsors and donors for the founding day — introductions, presentations, follow-ups.
Invitations, confirmations, protocol and care for the dignitaries and guests of the founding day.
Write, design, shoot and edit — and run the campus drives and campaigns that fill the hall on 25 October.
Collateral, signage, stage and venue identity — make the founding day look like what it is: historic.
Registration, hospitality, stage and crowd — the many hands that make the day itself run.
ARISE volunteers do focused, real work. Even a few minutes a day is enough — if it is focused. Every area below has a smallest unit of work: you sign up for a unit, not a vague promise.
Teach, mentor and help run the clubs and Nurture Centres — classes, tutoring, the weekly club rhythm, planning and coordination. Daily unit: one class, one session, one coordination task.
Bring schools, colleges and companies into the movement — and be the point of contact who keeps each partnership alive. Daily unit: one introduction, one follow-up.
Hands-on Seva with the clubs — clean-ups, camps, drives, elder-care and local causes. Unit: a defined role in a scheduled project; prep and logistics tasks in between.
Write, design, translate and produce — learning materials, posts, photography and video. Daily unit: one post, one lesson, one edit — ideal for remote, minutes-a-day volunteers.
Mobilise resources — reach individual donors, philanthropists, CSR programmes and company HR heads; give presentations that bring support into the system. Daily unit: one conversation, one presentation.
Carry the movement’s voice — social media management, media interviews, podcasts, press articles, talks and keynotes. Unit: one deliverable, one appearance.
The Convocation, the Convention, conclaves and meetups — registration, hospitality, stage and logistics. Seasonal but intense; units concentrate in the weeks before each event.
The quiet backbone — day-to-day administration, data management, communications, compliances, record keeping and points management. Daily unit: one register updated, one list reconciled.
