The home, and the heart.

Rashtranirmaan. National progress is built in two rooms. The home is the club — where the leaders of change are made. The heart is the Nurture Centre — where the public is engaged, and where the work becomes visible. One forms the builders; the other carries their work into the community.

01 The core of the action plan

Every home carries a heart.

The engine of national progress states in one line: every ARISE club runs at least one Nurture Centre.

Fifty associates, formed in one home, carry free evening education to about a hundred children of their own community — roughly twenty children to an associate, across the five class groups. Every club. Everywhere the movement goes.

Multiply that by every campus in India and you have something no policy can buy: a nation in which the people who are rising are, at the same time and by the same act, lifting the people behind them.

Drivers and collaborators. Associates are the drivers of the mission. The children and families of the centres are its collaborators. Nobody in this arrangement is a beneficiary being done good to.

02 The daily cycle

Rituals, and routine.

Two hours of teaching, and ten minutes of ritual that give the evening its soul. The shape is fixed, and it is the same in every centre.

Monthly, one initiative mapped to a UN Sustainable Development Goal.
Learning becomes voice; voice becomes service

Through the week, classes. On Friday, the competency slot belongs to the children: the Balasabha is their own assembly, convened and run by them, with associates present but not in charge. And each month, one initiative that takes the whole centre out of the room and into the neighbourhood, mapped to a UN Sustainable Development Goal.

The centre discharges Education and literacy simply by existing. Across a year, its monthly initiatives touch each of the remaining goals at least once.

03 Who carries the work

Clubs run it. Volunteers strengthen it. Partners host it. Donors fund it.

Where responsibility actually sits

The Rebuild India Foundation is the sole party to every centre-hosting agreement, and the sole holder of every liability arising under it. The club is named as the operator of the centre; it is never the principal. No college, no faculty member and no associate carries that liability.

Safeguarding is held by the Centre Mentor — a screened professional appointed by the Foundation, who is not an associate, and who is the centre’s Youth Protection Officer. Up to eight per club.

04 Fund the change

The most leveraged gift in a country is a developed human being.

Every home and every heart runs free for the people inside it. Associates never pay; children never pay. The work is carried by those who believe in it.

Every rupee flows through the Rebuild India Foundation’s central custody — receipted and audited. Charitable money is applied to the clubs, their centres and their centre activities. Clubs hold and spend nothing. A gift buys a hand in the mission, never a hold over it.

Reporting to those who fund a centre is at the level of the programme: sessions held against sessions scheduled, children retained, associate participation. No donor is ever shown a named child’s record or assessment.

A proven model, distributed

NIS proved it. The movement multiplies it.

Noble International School, the free school of the Rebuild India Foundation, has formed children on this same five-dimension model for years — transforming its community. The Nurture Centre distributes that proven work to every neighbourhood the movement reaches.
