Extend a privilege as a person rises.
A Privilege Partner is a brand or institution that extends privileges to associates according to the band they have reached. You are asked for one thing: pre-determine, for each of the four bands, the privilege you will extend — and honour it when the credential is presented.

A privilege is a benefit you extend to an associate by reason of the band they have reached — a discount upon your goods or services, preferential access, or a benefit in kind. Discounts are permitted.
What it is
Something real, offered because a person did the work. Twelve Levels carry an associate from Aspirant to Beacon, one validated hour at a time. The bands mark the distance travelled.
What it is not
A privilege is not a payment, not a donation, and not a reward conferred by the movement. The movement confers Honours; a partner extends privileges. The two are never confused.
One privilege, pre-determined, for each of four bands.
The four bands are the four Phases of the Ladder, and take the Phase names. There are four bands and no more. Decide now what each one is worth to you, and honour it on presentation of the Level credential.

What this partnership is not.
This category is deliberately narrow. Read these five before you fill anything in — they are the whole shape of the relationship.

No associate data passes to you. None.
You receive no list, no contact details, no record of any kind from the movement. You see a credential the associate presents to you, and nothing else.

Neither party may represent that it endorses the other
The movement does not recommend your goods or services; you do not represent that the movement approves them. No mutual-validation licence is granted in this category.

No payment passes in either direction
The movement pays no partner for a privilege, and no partner pays the movement for access to associates. A brand that wishes to give money gives as a Donor to the Foundation — and that gift buys no privilege and no access.

No privilege in an excluded sector
No privilege partnership is entered in tobacco, alcohol, gambling and betting, predatory or unlicensed lending, or adult content — whatever the privilege offered. This enquiry is applied strictly.

A privilege attaching to a band reached is not withdrawn
Once an associate has reached a band, the privilege attaching to it is theirs. The credential by which they prove the band is renewable annually against the record. The privilege is permanent; the proof is refreshed.
What you do receive — and what suspends an associate’s access
What you receive: association with a movement whose associates are formed, measured and validated — and nothing more. No data. No endorsement. No money. No licence.
Access, not entitlement, may be suspended. A live entry on the Professional Conduct Register suspends an associate’s access to privileges for the period the entry runs, and a fourth entry withdraws earn opportunities and privileges for two years. Access is suspended; nothing earned is ever revoked.
You are not told any of this. It is handled at the credential.
The credential first. The platform last.
A band is not announced to associates until the credential by which it is proved has been built and issued. Nothing is promised that cannot be presented.
Presentation of the credential
An associate presents the Level credential; you honour the privilege you pre-determined for that band. Simple, offline, and requiring nothing of you but the honouring.
The movement’s privileges platform
In time, an e-commerce platform of the movement’s own, on which an associate’s Level automatically yields the privileges each partner has pre-determined for each band. The credential is built first; the platform follows.
The term, and the exit
The term. The agreement is open-ended until revoked. There is no renewal cycle.
The exit. Either party may exit on notice. Privileges already extended and taken up are unaffected, and privileges announced for the current ARISE Year — 1 July to 30 June — are honoured to the end of that year. Nobody is told mid-year that a promise has been withdrawn.
Set a privilege for each band.
Write what you would extend today. It is settled properly in the agreement, and nothing is announced to associates before then.
What happens next
We reply and settle the four privileges with you in writing. The seven-enquiry diligence is completed and certified, with the excluded-sector enquiry applied strictly. The agreement is reviewed by counsel and executed by the Rebuild India Foundation — and you are listed as a Privilege Partner the same day. A band opens to associates only once the credential that proves it has been issued.
