Lend a campus for a Nurture Centre.
A Centre Host Partner is an institution or person that lends premises for a Nurture Centre — a free evening learning centre for children of classes 6 to 10, five weekday evenings. You lend the room and the hours. The Rebuild India Foundation carries everything else, including every liability.
Four things, and nothing else.
You are asked for the premises — a defined footprint suitable for the operation of a centre — the times of the sessions, the five matters of the campus annexure, and cooperation with the youth-protection regime. You are not asked for money, staff or curriculum.
What you give
A defined footprint · the session times · the five matters of the campus annexure · cooperation with safeguarding. That is the whole ask.
What you receive
A free centre for the children of your community, operated at the Foundation’s cost · a mutual name-and-logo validation licence stating that you host an ARISE Nurture Centre · and, where the Foundation agrees to meet a cost of the premises, that agreed contribution — and nothing else in money.
A college campus is preferred. A school campus is excluded.
A centre may stand at any location suitable for such operations. The campus of the Club Host Partner college is preferred, where the college considers it feasible. A school campus is expressly excluded as the site of a Nurture Centre — and is equally excluded as a relocation site. That is a prohibition, not a preference, and it admits of no exception.
A college campus
Rooms that are already built for teaching, already lit, already used to young adults coming and going in the evening.
Any fit location
A community hall, an institutional building, an office floor, a place of assembly — anywhere the footprint and the five rules can be met.
A school campus
Never, at establishment or on relocation. This is settled and is not relaxed on any ground.
Five rules. No centre opens before they exist.
Every site carries a campus annexure, settled with you before a single child arrives. It is five rules, written for that site, and it is complete before the centre opens. This admits of no exception and is not relaxed on any ground.

A defined centre footprint
The exact area within the premises that the centre uses is drawn and named. The centre stays inside it.

Two named adults, fifteen before to fifteen after
Two named adults are present from fifteen minutes before the session begins to fifteen minutes after it ends. Not one. Named, in advance.

Attendance at arrival and at departure
Attendance is called twice — once when the children arrive, once when they leave. No child is released except to a parent, or to a person named by the parent.

A lit and supervised waiting area
Somewhere lit, and watched, for a child whose family is running late. Not a corridor, not a gate, not the dark.

A named adult responsible for the last child to leave
One person, named, whose responsibility is the last child standing there. The evening does not end until that child is gone safely.
The wider safeguarding regime around these five
Every centre has a Centre Mentor: a screened safeguarding professional appointed by the Foundation, who is not an associate, and who is the centre’s Youth Protection Officer.
No person has contact with a child until their screening file is complete, and nobody is ever alone with a child, or the sole adult present, before their Police Clearance Certificate has issued.
Volunteers and personnel of any partner — including yours — who come into contact with a child at a centre are screened, trained and bound, without exception.
Roughly twenty children to an associate, and about a hundred children to a centre. A child may leave at any time, without notice and without consequence, and may return.
The Foundation is the sole party, and the sole liability-holder.
You contract with the Rebuild India Foundation and with nobody else. It is the sole party to the centre-host agreement and the sole holder of every liability arising under it.
The club is named in the agreement as the operator of the centre, and never as principal. No club, no associate, no Faculty Advisor and no Centre Mentor is a party to the agreement or bears any liability under it. The liabilities of the movement are borne by the Foundation.
The money, stated plainly
The host pays nothing. Save for an agreed contribution to a cost of the premises, the host receives nothing in money either.
Education at the centre is free. Neither the children, nor their families, nor the associates, nor the host pays anything, at any stage, under any condition.
Clubs hold and spend nothing. All money sits in the Foundation’s central custody, receipted and audited. The centre’s costs are carried there.
The term, and what happens if you need the space back
The term. No fixed expiry. The agreement is operational until revoked — the centre being a standing programme, approved once at establishment and reviewed annually.
The exit. Either party may exit on notice stating reasons.
The Foundation relocates the centre rather than closes it. The children are not left without a centre while a suitable location can be found. A school campus is not taken as a relocation site.
The mutual-validation licence terminates on exit, and each party withdraws the other’s name and marks.
The diligence, and why enquiry four is decisive here
The full seven-enquiry examination applies — legitimacy and repute · alignment with the movement’s values · no conflict or capture · youth-protection capability · financial integrity · fair intent in the use of the brand · the excluded-sector list.
For a centre host, youth-protection capability is treated as decisive. No premises is taken where the five matters of the campus annexure cannot be satisfied. It is better to say no to a room than to open a centre that cannot be run safely.

What happens next
We reply and arrange a survey visit. The due-diligence enquiry is completed and certified, with youth-protection capability treated as decisive. The campus annexure is written for your site and settled with you. The agreement is reviewed by counsel and executed by the Rebuild India Foundation — and you are listed as a Centre Host Partner the same day. The centre opens only once the annexure exists.
