Host an ARISE club.
A Club Host Partner is a college that hosts an ARISE Empowerment Club of its own students. You are asked for six commitments and nothing more — no fee, no funding, no facility beyond the meeting slot, no staffing beyond a Faculty Advisor, and no undertaking as to numbers.
Six commitments, and no more.
This is the whole of what a college gives. Nothing is added afterwards.

Official recognition
Recognise the ARISE Empowerment Club as a club of the college.

A Faculty Advisor
Assign one or two members of your faculty as the college’s officer to the club.

A slot to present to all students
Give ARISE a slot to present to the whole student body, and permit students to campaign, propagate and encourage their fellow students to join.

Premises for the weekly meeting
Approve the club holding its meetings on the college premises, and permit it to invite guests to those meetings for speaking and guidance.

Access for Rebuild India mentors
Permit Rebuild India mentors, including the Club Mentor, to take part in club meetings and guide the associates.

Permission to run Nurture Centres
Permit students to set up and run Nurture Centres in locations suitable for such operations — including on the college’s own campus, where the college considers it feasible.
Nothing further is asked. No fee. No funding. No facility beyond the meeting slot. No staffing beyond the Faculty Advisor. No undertaking as to numbers. The college pays nothing and receives nothing in money, and no condition is attached to the nil fee.
The presentation slot — what it is, and what it is not
The third commitment is the hinge of the whole thing. ARISE presents to all students of the college, and application is then open to any of them.
It is not a screening event. No student is evaluated at it and no student is selected at it. Nobody is chosen; everybody is invited. A student who is interested applies afterwards, in their own time, and is admitted through the Associate Success Program.
Every associate is aged eighteen or above, without exception. Children take part in the movement only as students of a Nurture Centre, never as associates.
A club of your own students, at no cost to you.
A recognised, self-governing club
Twenty-five students constitute it, fifty is the target, and more is welcome. It meets every week under a written constitution, elects its own twenty-seat board, and is run by your students — at no cost to the college.
A Nurture Centre in your community
Every club runs at least one free evening learning centre for children of classes 6 to 10, five weekday evenings. It is funded wholly by the Foundation, and it costs the college nothing.
The mutual-validation licence
A reciprocal, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence: the college may state that it hosts an ARISE club, and the movement may state that the college hosts one. It states the fact of the partnership and nothing further, and it ends on exit.
The formation, and the record of it
Your students formed across the five dimensions and the four competencies — and a validated record of that formation, hour by hour, that they carry into work and into life.
Open-ended, and easy to leave.
The memorandum of understanding has no fixed expiry. It remains operational until revoked. A club is intended to become a permanent part of the college ecosystem, so there is no renewal cycle to manage.
If the college wishes to end the partnership
The college may exit at its own choice, on notice stating its reasons.
It continues to host the club to the end of the club term following the notice. The club term runs from the first day of July to the thirtieth day of June, and that is carried into the memorandum word for word. Nobody is left mid-year.
On exit: the movement’s obligations to the college end; the associates remain associates and move to an ARISE Community Club; nothing they have earned is lost; and the Nurture Centres continue to operate — a college’s exit does not close a centre.
The mutual-validation licence terminates, and each party withdraws the other’s name and marks from its materials.
The diligence we complete before signature
No partnership is entered until the seven-enquiry due-diligence examination is complete and certified — legitimacy and good repute · alignment with the movement’s values, which are apolitical and non-sectarian · no conflict of interest or capture · youth-protection capability · financial integrity · fair intent in the use of the brand · the excluded-sector list.
For a college, particular attention falls on youth-protection capability — the students are adults, but the centre serves children — and on fair intent in the use of the ARISE brand.
No memorandum is executed until qualified counsel has reviewed and adapted its terms.

What happens next
We reply and arrange a conversation with the college. The due-diligence enquiry is completed and certified. The memorandum is reviewed by counsel and executed by the Rebuild India Foundation — and the college is listed as a Club Host Partner the same day. Then we present to your students, and the club is constituted as soon as twenty-five of them are ready.
