ARISE · Partner · Donors and Sponsors
Fund the work.
Donors and Sponsors are individuals, institutions, corporates giving under corporate social responsibility, philanthropists and government, who fund the movement and its centres. This is the one partnership in which money is given to the movement — and it is given to the Foundation, never to a club.
It funds the clubs, their centres, and the work the centres do.
Nobody pays to be part of ARISE. The membership fee is nil by rule, permanently. Children never pay. A Nurture Centre is free to every child who walks in — no fee, no deposit, no materials charge, no condition. All of that is carried by people who give.
Central custody
Every rupee is given to the Rebuild India Foundation and held in central custody. Receipts are issued by the Centre and by nobody else.
Clubs hold nothing
A club holds and spends no money at all. Nothing is given to a club, in this category or in any other.
Receipted and audited
Every gift is accounted under its proper head, applied under the rules of the Foundation, and appears in the audited accounts of the movement.
Giving is open. Funds may be given for general purposes, for specific projects, for the Nurture Centres, on special occasions, or as a legacy. No offer is parked and no declaration is awaited.
Three ways to give, and nothing else is asked of you.
This page is for institutional and larger commitments. If you are an individual wishing to give once or monthly, donate.html is the shorter road.
A donation
Any amount, for general purposes or for a specific project. A donation is complete upon receipt.
Sponsorship
Of a named Nurture Centre or of a programme, for a recorded period. Where the gift is for a named centre, you receive the record of its application to that centre — including cost per centre and cost per child.
An endowment
Permanent. Given once, and carried by the Foundation thereafter to fund the work in perpetuity.
What you receive for a gift
A receipt issued by the Centre.
An accounting under the proper head — and, where the gift is for a named centre or programme, the record of its application to that centre or programme, including cost per centre and cost per child.
The audited accounts of the movement.
Recognition in the forms the Centre prescribes.
And nothing else. What a contribution does not buy is set out below, and we would rather you read it before you give than after.
Nothing here is for sale.
A donation buys no privilege, no access to an associate, no access to a child, and no influence upon the movement. That is not a courtesy; it is a rule of the constitution.
What a contribution does not buy — in full
No influence over the mission. No donor, sponsor, philanthropist, corporate or government body acquires, by giving, any voice in the Object, the values, the curriculum, the causes, the appointment of any person, the discipline of any associate, or the direction of the movement.
No access to a child. Contact with a child at a Nurture Centre runs only through the screened, trained and bound route that applies to everybody, without exception.
No privilege. A brand that wishes to extend privileges to associates does so as a Privilege Partner, on a separate agreement, and its gift as a donor buys nothing there.
No standing inside the movement. A donation counting towards an associate’s Sankalpa confers nothing upon the donor. No donation is mandated as a criterion of any office, eligibility or standing.
Receipts, tax, foreign contribution, and refusal
On tax. We make no claim about tax deduction. The Foundation’s registration particulars are still being entered, and we will not promise a benefit we cannot yet evidence. If we ask for a PAN, it is used for the receipt.
Foreign contribution is received only in compliance with the law applying to it, established before receipt and not after.
The Foundation may decline or return a gift from an excluded sector, or from a source that does not pass the due-diligence enquiry. No donation is refundable save as the law requires.
Diligence applies to every institutional giver — institutions, corporates, philanthropic bodies and government programmes. Enquiries into capture and undue influence, financial integrity and clean compliance, and the excluded-sector list are material. An individual gift above a size the Centre sets and publishes is examined in the abbreviated form the Centre prescribes.
If a sponsor stops
A sponsorship agreement runs for the period recorded. A sponsor may cease to sponsor on notice, and the Foundation carries the cost of the centre or programme thereafter.
No centre closes for want of a sponsor. The children are not made to carry the consequence of an adult decision, and the movement does not build a centre on a promise it cannot honour alone.

What happens next
We reply and talk through what you want your money to do. For an institutional gift, the seven-enquiry diligence runs both ways — you will examine us, and we will examine the source. A sponsorship or endowment agreement is reviewed by counsel and executed by the Rebuild India Foundation, and you are listed the same day. The receipt is issued by the Centre; the accounting follows under the proper head.
