ARISE · Partner · Earn Partner

Open a door to people you can trust.

An Earn Partner is a company or institution that extends internship, employment and business opportunity to ARISE associates, and undertakes to evaluate the candidates referred to it. Three commitments, no fee in either direction, and candidates from the day the agreement is executed.

01 The ask

Three commitments, and no more.

One

Share all opportunities

All roles, at all levels, in all locations — not restricted to entry level. Everything you are hiring for, the movement sees.

Two

Evaluate every candidate

Assess and evaluate the candidates put forward. This is mandatory. You assess by your own protocols; the movement prescribes no method.

Three

Give feedback within one week

Feedback on every candidate evaluated, in the format the movement prescribes, within one week of completing the assessment. This is mandatory.

Evaluate, and not appoint. There is no minimum recruitment commitment. You may reject every candidate if none suits your requirement. No exclusivity is asked or given — you remain entirely free to recruit outside the movement.

The one-week feedback standard — how strictly it is applied

Feedback is due within one week of the completion of the assessment of a candidate, upon the prescribed format.

That period is the standard, not a trap. A single late return is not a breach and is not treated as one. A breach arises only upon persistent failure after a written reminder.

The reason the commitment exists at all is the candidate. A young person who has been assessed and hears nothing learns nothing. Feedback is what turns a rejection into formation.

02 The candidates

Your threshold, your judgement, from day one.

The partner sets its own threshold for the candidates it will consider. Candidates are available to you from the day the agreement is executed — there is no waiting period, no minimum Level, and no cohort to await.

No Level-gating for work

The movement gates no candidate by Level for internships or employment. Level-gating by the movement is retained only for entrepreneurship and incubation, and nowhere else. Opportunities are extended according to the associate’s Level and the absence of a live entry against them on the Professional Conduct Register.

Who an associate is

Every associate is eighteen or above. Each has come through the Associate Success Program, learns on a mastery model — seventy per cent, unlimited retakes, no ranking — and serves. One point is one validated hour, and their record is exactly that: hours somebody stood up and checked.

03 The attribute validation report

What you receive about a candidate.

On referral, the movement furnishes an attribute validation report — and that is the only name this instrument bears. It is a pure derivation layer: every statement in it derives from a certified course completed or a validated service record.

ElementDerived from
LearningCertified Learning Points — the dimensions and competencies covered, and the courses certified by the platform
ServiceValidated Service Points — modes of service, service at a Nurture Centre, hours validated against defined outcomes
StandingLevel on the Ladder, the band reached, and Sankalpa attained
Attributes validatedCharacter, application, reliability, communication, initiative — each traced to the record that evidences it
Complementary inputThe movement’s assessment instruments, as generic complementary input only

Consent, the assessment instruments, and what the report never contains

The report is rendered fairly, neither inflated nor diminished, on the prescribed pro-forma, and is furnished under the associate’s separately withdrawable consent.

The adult assessment instruments — Prerak, Udaan, Setu and Acharya — may be shared with employers, with safeguarding riders, because they are sensitive personal data under the law in force today. They are complementary input to the report and never its substance. Associates are told this plainly before they consent.

What the report never contains: a candidate’s status upon the Professional Conduct Register; any child’s data; any data of another associate; any assertion not traceable to a certified or validated record.

Register status is confirmed separately, on request, in respect of a named candidate you are actually considering, under separate consent, and always together with the associate’s own response. The register is never circulated as a standing list. When an entry expires, every partner to whom it was disclosed is notified that it has lapsed and must be deleted.

Data passes only for a named candidate, only under a written data-sharing agreement, never as a list, and every disclosure is entered in the circulation log.

04 Money, term and exit

Zero fee, either way.

The company pays nothing, and no condition attaches to the nil fee. The movement pays the company nothing. No placement fee, no recruitment fee, no listing fee, no sponsorship of access — in either direction. A company that wishes to give money gives as a Donor to the Foundation, and that gift buys no access and no preference.

The term, the notice period, and the closed list of termination grounds

The term is open-ended. No fixed expiry, no renewal cycle. The partner is listed on the day of execution.

A company may exit at its own choice on three months’ notice, all commitments continuing throughout the notice period. On exit the candidate pool is no longer accessible to it, and candidates already recruited remain with it under no continuing binding from the movement.

The Foundation may terminate upon five grounds and no others — unfair treatment of associates; unethical practice; legal entanglement; criminal activity; and entry into an excluded sector. The list is closed. Termination is effected on the prescribed procedure, with notice and the opportunity to be heard.

On termination or exit, the mutual-validation licence terminates, each party withdraws the other’s name and marks, and the partner deletes candidate data held under the data-sharing agreement, save as the law requires it to keep it.

The excluded sectors

No partnership is entered, in any category, in tobacco · alcohol · gambling and betting · predatory or unlicensed lending · adult content — and such further sectors as the Centre may add, published before they apply.

The enquiry is applied at onboarding and re-applied on any change in the partner’s business. Entry into an excluded sector is a ground of termination in every category.

What happens next: we write back, complete the due-diligence enquiry, and settle the data-sharing agreement alongside the memorandum. ARISE requests no payment on this site.

What happens next

We reply and arrange a conversation. The seven-enquiry diligence is completed and certified, the excluded-sector enquiry among them. The memorandum and the data-sharing agreement are reviewed by counsel and executed by the Rebuild India Foundation — and you are listed as an Earn Partner the same day. Candidates are available to you from that day.
