A Learn Partner is a person or body that contributes to the building of the content and curriculum of the movement — for the associates, for the leadership academy, and for the Nurture Centres. You give the material. The movement gives it away.
Content, modules, trainer guides, faculty, assessment design.
You are asked to contribute to the standards the Centre owns. What you give depends entirely on what you have — a subject, a method, a person who can teach, or the design of a good assessment.
Formation and the two qualifying courses
Curriculum across the five dimensions — physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual — and the four competencies: how the nation works, how money works, how people work, how progress works.
And the two courses every associate takes: the Associate Success Program, which admits a person to the movement, and the Nurture Centre Management Course, required before anyone serves at a centre.
The Nurture Centre Teaching Syllabus
The children’s curriculum of the Nurture Centre — the experiential Science, Mathematics and English of classes 6 to 10, and the dimension and competency modules.
What is most needed is clearly developed modules and trainer guides, so that an associate who is not a career teacher can deliver a genuinely good session for every class.
A Nurture Centre is not a tuition centre. It makes school subjects experiential; it does not repeat them. Material built for it must teach the thing, not drill the exam.
What an evening at a centre actually needs from you
A centre session runs to a fixed shape, five weekday evenings: 10 minutes of opening and closing together · 25 minutes on one of the five dimensions · 60 minutes of scholastic work in Science, Mathematics and English, made experiential · 25 minutes on one competency.
On Friday the competency slot becomes the Balasabha — the children’s own assembly, run by the children. Material for it is written to be handed over, not delivered at them.
Each month the centre carries one initiative mapped to a UN Sustainable Development Goal.
So the unit of contribution is usually a session: one clear plan, the materials it needs, and a trainer guide an associate can hold in one hand while teaching with the other.
Faculty, speakers and assessment design
Faculty and speakers, where the partnership so provides — people who will come and teach associates directly, or address a club meeting.
Assessment design. The movement’s learning runs on a mastery model: seventy per cent to pass, unlimited retakes, no ranking, and no time bar. Assessment built for it must measure whether a person can do the thing, and be re-takeable without shame.
Nothing in the movement gates on an assessment score, and assessments never decide admission.
Attribution, and the standing of having built it.
You receive attribution as recorded in the agreement, and the standing of having built the formation of the movement’s associates and the learning of its children. You receive no money, and no fee for your content.
The partner pays nothing and is paid nothing. Content contributed is contributed. The movement charges no associate for it and sells it to no one. The membership fee is nil by rule, permanently, and no learning of the movement is ever sold to an associate.
Ownership, licence, term and exit
Ownership and licence. Ownership of contributed content, and the licence on which it is used, are recorded in the agreement. The curriculum, once adopted, is owned by the Centre.
The term. Open-ended until revoked, or for the duration of the contribution, as the parties record.
The exit. Either party may exit on notice. Content already adopted into the curriculum remains in use under the licence recorded, unless the agreement provides otherwise; content not yet adopted is withdrawn.
The diligence. The full seven-enquiry examination applies, with alignment with the movement’s values treated as decisive — apolitical, non-sectarian, civilisational. Content is the instrument by which the movement forms people, and it is examined as such.

Ownership, licence and attribution are recorded in the memorandum, which is reviewed by counsel and executed by the Rebuild India Foundation — and you are listed as a Learn Partner the same day.
