A structured self-reflection about your strengths as a teacher and as a person, your fit with the values of the movement, and how you might contribute and grow. It is not a pass/fail exam, an IQ test or a clinical screen. Honest answers help you — the profile is only useful if it is true.
How the result is read
A questionnaire never decides on its own. Your responses build a profile that may open a human conversation. A trained reviewer always looks, and where it is relevant, speaks with you.
Wellbeing questions are positive only, and lead at most to an offer of support — never to exclusion.
Before you begin — what happens to what you write here
Who sees it inside ARISE. Your responses are read by the trained assessors of the ARISE assessment desk and by the person responsible for your development. Nobody else inside the movement sees them.
It may be shared with an employer — only if you say so. This is one of the four adult instruments of Vyakti Darpan — Prerak, Udaan, Setu and Acharya. Any of the four may be shared with an employer, as complementary input to your attribute validation report, for one named candidate and one named opportunity. That happens only with your consent, given separately for that sharing and withdrawable at any time. It is never shared without your consent, never sent as a list, and every disclosure is logged and told to you.
It is sensitive personal data. Under the law in force today this is sensitive personal data, and it is held that way — the minimum collected, stored securely, kept only as long as it is needed, and shared only under a written agreement carrying safeguarding riders.
What you may ask for, at any time. You may ask what is held about you, ask for a human review of any result, correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the assessment desk and a person will answer you.
Nothing here decides whether you may join ARISE. No assessment decides whether you may join, or bars you from anything. This is a mirror and the opening of a conversation — never a verdict, and never an automatic decision.
