Setu · Screener

The bridge from a day job to service.

Setu means the bridge. This is for professionals who want to serve the movement while keeping their work — lending skills, network and systems-thinking to the rebuilding of the country.

Stage 1 of 2 · about 15–20 minutes

A structured self-reflection that helps ARISE understand your strengths, your fit with the values of the movement, and how your professional skill might serve. It is not a pass/fail exam, an IQ test or a clinical screen. There are no trick right answers — answer as you truly are; the profile is only useful if it is true.

How the result is read

Your responses build a profile that, at most, opens a human conversation. A questionnaire never decides anything on its own; a trained reviewer always looks, and where it is relevant, talks with you.

We do not screen for mental illness. Where wellbeing is asked about at all, it is only so that support can be offered — never to exclude anyone from anything.

Before you begin — what happens to what you write here

Who sees it inside ARISE. Your responses are read by the trained assessors of the ARISE assessment desk and by the person responsible for your development. Nobody else inside the movement sees them.

It may be shared with an employer — only if you say so. This is one of the four adult instruments of Vyakti Darpan — Prerak, Udaan, Setu and Acharya. Any of the four may be shared with an employer, as complementary input to your attribute validation report, for one named candidate and one named opportunity. That happens only with your consent, given separately for that sharing and withdrawable at any time. It is never shared without your consent, never sent as a list, and every disclosure is logged and told to you.

It is sensitive personal data. Under the law in force today this is sensitive personal data, and it is held that way — the minimum collected, stored securely, kept only as long as it is needed, and shared only under a written agreement carrying safeguarding riders.

What you may ask for, at any time. You may ask what is held about you, ask for a human review of any result, correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the assessment desk and a person will answer you.

Nothing here decides whether you may join ARISE. No assessment decides whether you may join, or bars you from anything. This is a mirror and the opening of a conversation — never a verdict, and never an automatic decision.

Taking part is voluntary, and you may stop at any point. The full account is in the privacy notice.

About you

A little context so we can read your responses fairly.

Self-reflection

Use the 5-point scale from Strongly disagree to Strongly agree. There are no right or wrong answers.

22. If a shortcut saved time but bent a rule, I would usually take it.

23. I take responsibility when something I led goes wrong, without blaming others.

What happens next: a trained assessor at the ARISE assessment desk reads your responses, and where it is useful, speaks with you. It opens a conversation — never a pass or a fail, never an automatic decision, and never a bar on anything. ARISE requests no payment on this site.
