ARISE · Contact & grievances
Reach us, or go over our heads.
One address, one form, and five clearly marked routes — a general enquiry, a grievance, a data-protection request, a receipt query, and a concern about a child. The last of those has routes that do not come to us at all, and we would rather you used them.
Never wait for ARISE.
If you believe a child is at risk — at one of our centres or anywhere else — use one of these now. They are not part of ARISE. You do not need our permission and you do not have to tell us first.
Childline · 1098
Free from any phone. A child may call it themselves.
Police · 112
Or 100. Ask for the Special Juvenile Police Unit where the matter concerns a child.
Child Welfare Committee
With the District Child Protection Unit alongside it.
The POCSO e-Box
A complaint made directly to the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights.
If you also want us to know, tell us — but tell them first. Inside ARISE, a safeguarding concern goes to the Centre Mentor or the named deputy at the centre and to the Designated Safeguarding Officer, in the same hour. Where the concern is about one of them, or about a Faculty Advisor, an officer or a trustee, it goes to the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Officer and the Board Safeguarding Trustee — and to the police.
No internal process of ARISE delays a report under POCSO, the Juvenile Justice Act or the POSH Act. And a personal duty lies on every person here to report within twenty-four hours, whatever anyone else has or has not done.

Marenahalli, Jala Hobli,
Bangalore – 562149, Karnataka, India.
This is the address for every formal communication of the movement. Post addressed to a named role-holder — the Grievance Officer, the Data Protection Contact, the Designated Safeguarding Officer — reaches them here, and is treated as received on the day it arrives.
ARISE is a movement of the Rebuild India Foundation and is not a separately registered entity. The Foundation is the contracting party for everything. The statutory position
We publish no personal email address
Everything reaches the movement’s own inbox through the form below, or by post to the registered office. That is deliberate: a role must outlast the person holding it, and a child’s concern must not depend on somebody’s inbox.
ARISE requests no payment on this site, and no one from ARISE will ever ask you to send money to a personal account. If anyone does, tell us.
Four other routes, and who answers each.
Use the form below for any of them and mark it accordingly — it is routed to the named role-holder, not to a general queue.
The Grievance Officer
An associate, a club, a partner, a Centre Mentor or a Faculty Advisor aggrieved by a decision affecting them has an avenue of grievance and appeal. The Grievance Officer receives grievances concerning a Nurture Centre, and is one of the six named role-holders of the movement.
What a grievance can and cannot do
Say who you are, what was decided or done, when, by whom, and what you want put right. Attach nothing you would not want on a file.
Nothing in the grievance process applies to any matter requiring report under POCSO, the Juvenile Justice Act or the POSH Act. Those go to the routes in section 01 and are never held up by an internal process.
Membership is irrevocable, and nothing earned is reversed by any process. What a disciplinary outcome may withdraw is access — to child contact, to office, to earn opportunities. How conduct is governed
The Data Protection Contact
Access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of a consent, or nomination of someone to act for you — all of these go to the Data Protection Contact. So does a complaint about how your data, or your child’s, has been handled.
What to include in a data request
Which right you are exercising, and enough for us to identify your record — the name and contact details you gave us, and roughly when. A parent asking about their own child should say which centre and which class group.
A parent may see the records concerning their child at any time, and may withdraw any consent at any time.
A donation receipt query
If a receipt has not reached you, or a detail on it is wrong, say so and it is corrected. All money sits in the central custody of the Rebuild India Foundation, receipted and audited. Clubs hold and spend nothing.
Before you write
Tell us the name the gift was given in, the approximate date and the amount, and the mode. Where a PAN was given, it was used for the receipt.
This site makes no claim about tax deductibility. The Foundation’s registration particulars are being located and entered. Why we say so
A general enquiry
A student, a college, a company, an NGO, a donor, a well-wisher, a journalist or a neighbour of a centre — write and say what you are after. If you already know which door you want, the join and partner pages carry their own forms and will be faster.
Press, and accessibility
Journalists have their own route and factsheet on the press and media page. Media is not a partner category — it is press and visitor engagement.
A barrier on this website is a defect. Report it here or on the accessibility page, with the page you were on and what happened.
