ARISE holds one national gathering a year — the Rebuild India National Convention. It is the day the clubs come out of their own campuses and see the size of the thing they belong to: the associates, the children’s centres, the partners, and the people who carried the cost of all of it. The next one is on 12 January 2027.

Why one national day, and not a calendar of them
The life of this movement is local and weekly — a club room on a campus, a Nurture Centre on a weekday evening, a Friday with the children. That is where an associate is actually formed, and it costs nobody a train ticket.
So there is one national day in the year, and everything else a club celebrates it celebrates where it stands, among people who know its name. It also keeps the promise that nobody pays to belong here: one journey a year is a thing an associate can plan for, and four would not be.
It is not a deadline. Nothing is due by it.
Whatever clubs are chartered and whatever centres are running by that day form part of the Convention. A club that is not ready comes to the next one, and loses nothing by it.
There is no deadline to work back from. Colleges are onboarded continuously. Clubs are founded rolling, all year round. There is no chartering season, no batch, and no queue.
No club is racing anything. A centre opens when its screening files are complete, its campus annexure exists and its certification is signed — and not one day sooner because a gathering is approaching. A club that is behind is behind; a club that has opened a centre without those things has done something far worse than being behind.
What this means for a college deciding this month
Nothing has to be decided by any particular date. There is no cohort you would miss and no window that closes.
A club begins operating the day its memorandum is signed. It presents to the student body, opens applications, qualifies its associates, opens its centre, and is chartered whenever it meets the conditions — on its own clock.
Recognition, conferred in front of everybody.
Two honours are conferred at a national gathering of the movement and nowhere else. The rest of the day belongs to the clubs and the centres.
The Pioneer Charter Citation
Conferred by the Centre upon the first clubs of the movement and their founding associates, in recognition of having built where nothing stood. It is a one-time Honour. Those who join in this founding period are the movement’s pioneers, and are honoured as such for life.
Rāṣṭra Nirmātā
The highest individual Honour of the movement — single and rare, and conferred at a national ceremony. It rests not on points alone but on Honours held together across learning, service, mobilisation and devotion: the Beacon at Level 12, the Jñāna and Sevā Jyoti at Silver or above, at least one Sankalpa Star, and the Samarpaṇa Honour.
And the recognition of clubs, associates and centres
The Convention is where clubs, associates and Nurture Centres are recognised and rewarded nationally for their work.
A club is measured on three inputs and no others: sessions held against sessions scheduled, children retained, and associate participation. There is nothing about money in that measure, and there never will be. The same score sets the Club Citation grade and the club’s Booster band — a club is measured once.
The Citation requires good standing: the three-line monthly return filed, and a clean safeguarding record — meaning a record in which concerns were handled correctly and reported on time, and not a record in which nothing was written down. No club and no centre is ever recognised or compared on a low incident count.
A child’s assessment is never used in the recognition of a club, an associate or a centre.

The date is fixed and it will not move. Almost nothing else about the Convention is settled yet, and this page will not invent it.
