Seven ways to stand behind this, in a line each.
A single organisation may be a partner of more than one category, on a separate agreement for each.
| Category | What it is |
|---|---|
| Club Host Partner | A college hosting an ARISE club of its own students. |
| Centre Host Partner | An institution or person lending a campus for a free evening Nurture Centre. |
| Earn Partner | A company extending internship, employment and business opportunity. |
| Privilege Partner | A brand extending band-based privileges as an associate rises. |
| Learn Partner | Those who contribute to the building of content and curriculum. |
| Serve Partner | Rotary, Lions and other NGOs partnering with volunteers, resources and money for the success of the centres. |
| Donors and Sponsors | Individuals, institutions, corporates through CSR, philanthropists and government. |

You are listed the day your agreement executes — not at a gathering, not in a season, not when a calendar allows. There is no queue to join and no event to wait for.
You commit to evaluate. You do not commit to appoint.
There is no minimum recruitment commitment of any kind. A partner may assess every candidate we send and appoint none of them, and remain in good standing.
Share your opportunities
Internships, employment and business opportunity, at all levels — shared as they arise.
Evaluate every candidate
Assess each named candidate we put forward, on your own process and your own standards.
Return feedback in a week
Feedback within one week of assessment is the standard. Breach arises only on persistent failure after a written reminder.
What you receive with a candidate — the attribute validation report
With each referral you receive an attribute validation report. It is a pure derivation over two things the movement can actually prove: courses the candidate has certified, and service they have rendered and had validated. It is rendered fairly, neither inflated nor diminished, and it is not a reference letter.
There are no lists. One named candidate, one named opportunity, one report, under that associate’s own consent, under a written data-sharing agreement, and every disclosure logged.
You set your own threshold, and candidates are available to you from the day the agreement is executed. A Level requirement applies only to entrepreneurship and incubation opportunities — for every other kind of opportunity, no Level bars a candidate from being put in front of you.
An Earn Partner may exit on three months’ notice.
The Vyakti Darpan assessments, and what may be shared with you
Vyakti Darpan is the movement’s assessment suite. Four of its instruments are adult instruments — Prerak, Udaan, Setu and Acharya.
Those four may be shared with an employer, under safeguarding riders, as complementary input to the attribute validation report. We state this plainly because it matters: they are sensitive personal data under the law in force today, and they are handled accordingly — under the associate’s own consent, under a written agreement, never as a list, and logged.
A fifth instrument, Ankur, is the child baseline instrument at a Nurture Centre. It is never shared with a partner, an employer, a school or a donor, and is never used in any recognition of a club, an associate or a centre.
And nothing in ARISE turns on an assessment score. Assessments never decide admission.
Four bands, and no data at all.
A Privilege Partner pre-determines one privilege for each of four bands, and honours it against the associate’s Level credential. The four bands are the four Phases of the Ladder.
| Band | Levels |
|---|---|
| Foundation | Levels 1 to 3 |
| Formation | Levels 4 to 6 |
| Maturity | Levels 7 to 9 |
| Mastery | Levels 10 to 12 |

The three things a Privilege Partner should know before signing
No associate data passes to you. At all. Not a name, not a list, not a segment. The associate presents a Level credential; you honour the privilege you pre-determined for that band. That is the whole mechanism.
No payment passes in either direction. This is not an advertising placement and it cannot be bought. The movement pays no partner, and no partner pays the movement.
Neither party may represent the endorsement of the other. You may state that you are an ARISE Privilege Partner, and we may state the same fact. Nothing beyond that fact — no approval of a product, no recommendation, no sub-licence.
A privilege attaches to the band an associate has reached and is not withdrawn from them; the credential itself is renewable annually against the record. A privilege in an excluded sector is not permitted. Discounts are permitted.
The band table — what you extend at each of the four bands — is settled partner by partner in the agreement.
Two partnerships that put shoulders and expertise into the work.
Both are working relationships rather than sponsorships, and neither involves money passing to or from the movement.
Rotary, Lions and other NGOs
You bring volunteers, resources in kind, and support for a centre or its monthly community initiative — and yes, you may give money, as a Serve Partner of standing does.
A Serve Partner may co-deliver a monthly initiative. Every volunteer you bring is screened, trained and bound by the safeguarding regime, without exception, exactly as an associate is.
Builders of what is taught
Institutions, faculty, subject bodies and practitioners who contribute modules, trainer guides, faculty time or assessment design, to the standards the Centre owns.
You receive attribution as recorded, and the standing of having built the formation of a generation. A module without a trainer guide is not delivered — the guides matter as much as the content.
The rules that do not vary by category.
These apply whoever you are and whatever you bring, and they are the reason a partnership here is short to negotiate.
Money, brand, the young, data, writing and diligence
Money. No money passes in either direction between the movement and a partner. The single exception is Donors and Sponsors, who give to the Rebuild India Foundation and are receipted by the Centre alone. A club holds and spends nothing.
Brand. Use of the ARISE name and marks is on the Centre’s terms alone. Where a mutual-validation licence is granted it is reciprocal, royalty-free and non-exclusive, covers the statement of the fact of the partnership and nothing further, and ends on exit.
The young. Any partner activity that touches a child is governed by the safeguarding regime. Your personnel and volunteers are screened, trained and bound, and no adult has unsupervised or sole-adult contact with a child before their Police Clearance Certificate has issued.
Data. Data passes only as the Data, Privacy & Records Policy permits: to an Earn Partner only for a named candidate, under a written agreement, never as a list, every disclosure logged; to a Privilege Partner, not at all.
Writing. Twelve standard headings, every category, every time.
Diligence. A seven-enquiry examination, complete and certified before any partnership is entered. The seventh enquiry is the excluded-sector list — tobacco; alcohol; gambling and betting; predatory or unlicensed lending; adult content. Additions to that list are made centrally, and are published before they apply to anyone.
Is the press a partner category?
No. Media is not one of the seven. Journalists, editors and visitors are dealt with as press and visitor engagement, and are welcome to come and see the work running.
