A person’s true net worth is the sum of Knowledge (what you know), Skills (what you can do), Network (who stands with you), and Wealth (what you earn) — built in that order. ARISE creates opportunities to develop all four, and each one is equally available for all to build through commitment.

Learning in ARISE moves on two planes at once: the five dimensions that make you a complete person, and the four competencies that make you a capable professional. It is online and self-paced but evaluated, so it fits a real life.
The five dimensions
Five dimensions together make a complete individual — grown as a whole person, transforming possibilities into competencies.

Physical. Your body carries everything you will ever do. Here you build the health, energy and discipline to show up fully — and to keep going long after others tire.
Intellectual. A sharp, curious mind is your greatest asset. You learn how to learn: to think clearly, question well, and keep growing long after your academic journey is behind you.
Emotional. The calm to stay steady under pressure, and the strength to stay kind under provocation. You become master of your inner world, so nothing outside can easily shake you.

How the nation works. Policy, Law & Constitution. Understand how your country is truly run — its rights, its laws, its institutions — and learn to shape it as an informed citizen rather than a bystander.

The preparatory courses
Journey of an associate begins with the Associate Success Program (ASP). Completing it qualifies an associate — that is the entry into the system. Before serving at a Nurture Centre, associates complete the Nurture Centre Management Course (NCM). One course opens opportunities to learn and the other opens the door to service.
Both courses run on a mastery model: the standard is 70%, retakes are unlimited, there is no ranking, and there is no time limit. Associates are not competing with anyone. To learn and master that which makes them benefit from the system and create value for the nation is the priority.
Skill is knowledge, proven in service.
Learning and knowledge is meaningful only when it translates into service that benefits others. Service transforms knowledge into wisdom as experience makes the knowledge meaningful. Service transforms knowledge into skills which benefits the community.
Teaching children
Clubs operate a Nurture Centre — a free community learning centre for children of classes 6 to 10. Associates are the teachers, mentors are the observers. Children benefit from the support of associates and associates develop clarity, patience and leadership by teaching a room of children who will not pretend to understand.
Inside a centreCommunity service
Community service happens in two ways. One, monthly community service via the Nurture Centre — executing initiatives aligned with the UN Sustainable development goals. Two, via the ongoing club service projects, working towards measurable outcomes. Every hour of service is measured and validated to create earning opportunities for associates.
Inside a clubTwo hours of service a week. That is all it takes to create impact through service. The earn opportunities depend on the extent of learning and service. The fellowship, celebrations and events that make an associate belong to the community begins from day one.

The weekly meeting
Meetings happen in their own club, every week. A speaker the club invites, or a teach-back of what people have been learning — so associates learn from one another’s experience. The weekly meeting is the weekly get together where associates meet, bond, learn and serve together. This is a family that stays with you, grows with you and celebrates each of your progress with you.
The Convention
The Rebuild India National Convention on 12 January 2027 — the one national gathering, where the movement meets itself.

Internships

Learning and service collectively make associates eligible for real job opportunities. Support for employment spans the entire career span of associates, from entry level to every stage of life. Partner companies and industries happily open their doors to our associates who are trained to be professional leaders.
Leadership
Leadership opportunities are given to people who are capable of handling the responsibilities of the positions and not based on the age of an associate. An associate gets access to leadership positions within the Rebuild India system and also the partner network in proportion to the levels and stars achieved by the associates.
Enterprise
The journey of an idea to become a successful business is long and filled with a lot of challenges. Eligible associates are provided opportunities of idea incubation, acceleration, seed funding, grants, angel and venture funds etc to help them build a successful business. Levels and stars give access to guidance, networks and a launchpad, from incubation to funding — by people who have done it, ready to help you begin.
Mechanism of Earn Opportunities
An associate committed to learn and serve needs to be provided with opportunities to earn. This is the commitment of Rebuild India fulfilled through the support of Earn partners who provide all employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. Associates get access to the opportunities in proportion to their commitment to learning and service. This mechanism provides companies access to thousands of capable individuals for their roles and associates access to thousands of earning opportunities.
What the partner sees is your attribute validation report: a derivation built from your certified courses and your validated service. It is a record of what you have actually done, not a claim about you. The Vyakti Darpan assessments serve as complementary input to it.
Every opportunity is earned through the only currency of commitment to learning and service. Neither the associates nor the partners pay any fee for this facilitation.
